Anchovie pie

Boiled, sliced potato pieces

Little fish the size of anchovies, with heads and tails removed and butterflied (sliced along belly and opened flat.)

Generous slices of tomato

Stale breadcrumbs


Layer potato slices, fish, garlic, tomato, potato and fish. End with potato and breadcrumbs. Bake until golden brown on top.
