I seldom ate squid before this trip but I love the way Alberto cooks it.
Clean squid. Fry 2 red onions with parsley, 2 clove garlic (whole), 2 slices of ginger and pepperoni flakes. Add 5 chopped Roma tomatoes, 5 potatoes chopped into bite-sized pieces and squid. Cook till all the flavours combine. Serve and eat.
