Garlic or herb butter

Method

Arrange the snails in a baking tray with the meat facing up and stuff the butter into shell.

Bake for 15 min and then squeeze on some lemon juice.

You usually use a small serving tool to hold them while extracting the meat with a small fork. The meat can be eaten as is, added to a pasta with a light tomato sauce or thrown overboard as desired.
